We are sorry to announce that in light of the current increase in covid cases in the Netherlands, we have decided to postpone the NEMI day that was planned for the 23rd of November at Naturalis Leiden.
NeCEN and NEMI are excited to announce the annual NEMI Event, which will be held live on November 23rd, 09:00-17:00 at the beautiful venue of Naturalis, Leiden.
This year’s theme will be ‘Crossing Borders’, the aim being to showcase scientific research that ventures from different scientific disciplines into electron microscopy and vice versa.
If you are a talented cryo-EM scientist, we may have the job for you!
The Phase 3 clinical trial results of the Covid-19 vaccine of Johnson & Johnson are expected this month. NeCEN played a role in the underlying research that led to the development of this vaccine. The scientific findings have now been published in Nature Communications.
Please note that NeCEN will be closed 24 December 2020 to 4 January 2021.
During that time, there may be no-one available to respond to queries but you can still submit proposals and we'll get back to you upon our return.
We wish you all Happy Holidays!
