On March 21, NeCEN hosted the Life Sciences Café at the Gorlaeus beta campus atrium.
After a warm introduction by Gwen van Overbeke (BioScience Park Manager), the floor was given to Ludo Renault (Head of NeCEN) who introduced the NeCEN facility to local companies present at the event.
Tours of the facility were given for smaller groups and recent advances in cryo Electron Microscopy were explained as well as possible applications for pharma companies.
Everyone agrees it was a big success.
The Life Sciences Café is a monthly meeting to stimulate partnerships in the Life Sciences community with challenging presentations and network possibilities for companies, investors, policymakers, researchers and academics.
